Sugar Creek Silos is equipped to host a variety of events and parties. Since 2012, we have held family weddings, receptions, anniversaries, graduation open houses, birthday parties for both kids and adults, baby and wedding showers, baptisms, church functions, and fundraisers. Whatever your space requirements or creative ideas, we want to work with you to have a memorable event. The farm is our home and we want to make you feel at home while you are here. We offer the ideal setting for your rustic wedding, with scenic surrounding farmland and our historical white barn: the perfect background for making your creative dreams a reality. We intend to make your wedding day beautiful, enjoyable and memorable.
2024 PRICING:
Friday/Saturday - Starting at $6000 + tax (up to 200 guests)
We can accommodate more than 200 guests for the additional cost of a tent rental.
WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
A well-maintained and landscaped property.
Access to the property on the day of your event (approx. 8 hours total, to be determined as needed for each event). Includes wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in the barn and patio area.
Set-up and tear-down of tables, chairs, equipment, patio furniture, accessories and decorations that SCS provides for the event. Trash removal included.
Dining tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. Additional charge for 200+ guests.
Extra 8ft & 6ft tables for: vendor staging area, caterers, gift table, welcome table, DJ, cake/dessert table, etc.
Polyester Linens for up to 25 dining tables.
Use of SCS decor, accessories, furniture, equipment, antiques, patio furniture, etc.
One deluxe restroom trailer with two ladies and one gentlemen's stall.
Video screen and projector.
Parking area and parking attendants.
Security for the duration of your event.
Renters may choose their own vendors, but ALL vendors must be approved by SCS. We will communicate with your chosen vendors and coordinate their services on our property to ensure a smooth event.
ALL food and drink, including alcohol, must be approved by licensed caterers or liquor distributors.

Insurance Requirements: Renter must provide certificate of insurance for an Event Liability Insurance policy.

Sugar Creek Silos hosts many other events on our property, including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, fundraisers, and graduation parties. Our barn is a fun and unique setting for your party, with the added benefit that you can sit back and enjoy your guests while we run the facility. Whatever your party needs, we can come up with creative solutions to give you an event to remember.
